Four travellers in the Australian Outback wait for nightfall.

Four travellers through the Australian Outback - two European, two Aboriginal - are stuck in a shack on the edge of the desert, waiting for nightfall. In the distance, Army trucks move on the road.
The Europeans have come in search of ancestral gold; the Australians, as their guides. But who is the old King mentioned in the diary of Mr Keats?
And how is he involved with the old lady, whose eyes are the colour of eucalyptus leaves?
