John and his son face a stranger who claims to be able to revive the dead.

Grief stricken with the recent death of his wife, John Holly is having trouble connecting with his withdrawn son, Bobby.

One night, while attempting to coax Bobby into conversation, the two are approached by an enigmatic man claiming to have the ability to bring John's wife back from the dead.

John finds himself in a surreal and terrifying encounter as he and Bobby confront the malevolent stranger, but the question remains: can the stranger really bring his wife back from the dead, and at what cost?
