If we ask ourselves what are the things that make us think the human race more valuable than any species of animals, we shall find that alle are things (sport) in which the whole world can share. This original book has already published 2001 in Germany with the title “Sports Politics in the modern Society” and 2005 in Seoul with the title “Analysis of sports politics. The theoretical foundation of this book was under my doctoral dissertation. In this time I intended that this book in a modified form be developed more theoretical for all sports manager, sports teacher, student of physical education and sport science, and all politician interesting of sports politics in this world. This book can be used a teaching materials in the department of sports science.

To detect these sports political feld is certainly difficult, if not impossible, but it is at any rate worth considering whether the general course of political and social changing history may not show a development in mankind similar to that which changing reveals in a society. I think, if it were not for books, for the written record of men’s most profound thoughts, his loftiest achievements, each generation would have to rediscover for itself the truth of the past, with only the inadequate helf of oral tradition. The role for that belong to scholar. It is of the utmost importance, if we are to make anything of our analysis, to distinguish correctly which are the progressive elements and which the retrograde.
