The paper presents results of a scientific research related to committing suicides. Within the period of time 1998 - 2002, 160 patients were hospitalised at the Neuropsychiatric department of Regional hospital in Zajecar. The data were collected on the basis of studying the disease histories of the patients. The author analysed 110 female patients and 50 male patients. The study analysis the patients age, events at the observed period, monthly events and week days. Analysis of the first C. S. and recidive C.S. was done through the way of C.S., reason for it and previous neuropsychiatric treatments. It is especially interesting that this study reveals the fact that these C.S. are more frequent at time of full moon that is the period from 9th to 22nd day of the Moon's cycle and during the period of 12th to 18th day.
