This book looks at the lives of poor South Africans before and after Apatheid
The impact of apartheid
on people was both negative and positive, just as the New
South Africa also has its positive and negative impacts.
Many do not know the difference between the two
governments. Some of us were poor and neglected during
apartheid and our situations have not changed yet. The
truth is that only a selected few are living ‘a better life for
all’. (My interpretation would be ‘a better life for all those
connected to the top bras within the ANC’.) Please don’t
forget that this is the best motto of the ANC.
We need to explore and joke about some things that
happened during apartheid and things happening in the
New South Africa. Do ordinary South Africans see freedom
as just another myth? Does freedom make any difference
to the ordinary South African? There is a battle between
the NP (National Party) and the ANC (African National
Congress). The ANC is the undisputed champion, but is this champion doing the right things to hold onto his title:
National Party?
