Active Torsional Vibration Reduction in Powertrains

In this contribution passive, adaptive and active systems for active torsional vibration reduction in powertrains are discussed. Results of simulations and experiments for different examples are shown. Actuator and control technology for an active system is discussed by means of an active coupling.
