If I (Jana Simbürger / dipl. Fitness instructor) create a personal fitnessplan like this for a client it is worth more then 70€, but in times like this I want to offer my expertise to help as much as I can, so I created this ”8 Week Workout Plan“ so you can stick to your - (or start with a) fitnessroutine to get through this: "stay at home" weeks. We have no access to the gym right now and quarantine is taff. Especially if you don`t know how to train at home correctly. To do this workout, you only need full bottles of water, a backpack with weight in it (you can choose how much!), a beer crate (or a box), a chair and a mat (if you need one). However, you must know that training is about 30% success in shaping the body.
